On today, Sunday June 28th, Commercial personality Billy Mays was found dead by his wife.  At age 50, he was popular for pitching a great variety of products on commercials and infomercials including Mighty Putty, the Awesome Auger, the Hercules Hook, Kaboom, Oxi Clean, and ESPN360.com.

It was not readily clear how the infomercial king passed away, but his wife informed authorities that he had complained about a bump on the head that he had suffered on the plane the previous day, and was not feeling well when he went to be at 10 that night.  With no signs of a break in, police are not suspecting foul play, but an autopsy is being done, and should be completed by Monday afternoon, at which time the facts will be sorted out.  His wife Deborah, has also made a statement asking people to respect their privacy for a while, as even though Billy Mays has lived a public life, she doesn’t plan on making any public statements over the next couple of days.

A spokeswoman for the Tamba Bay police has said that connecting the rough plane landing cuasing the bump on the head right now would be pure speculation.  It is not known if Mr. Mays was wearing his seatbelt at the time of the plane landing, and there are no other reports of any serious injuries occured as a result of the flight.  Regardless, we will not know for sure until the autopsy results are released to the public, and that may not even be for some time now, so we will not know for a while what actually happened to this advertising giant, who was rumored to have his own reality TV show about advertising coming out this Fall.

With the US being really the only nation struggling to even adopt the world’s most popular game, their nation made an improbable run in this summer’s Confederation’s Cup held in South American, the site of next year’s World Cup.  Even though the Americans lost to Brazil in the final, they only lost 3-2, and what happened on the way to the final game was much more amazing than taking a 2-0 lead into halftime against the Brazilians, which was the first time ever in USA history that they had led by 2 over the Brazilians.

In their semifinal match, the red white and blue upset Spain, who was ranked first in the FIFA rankings.  Spain was also sitting on a 15-game unbeaten streak at the time, making it much more incredible.  It was also Spain’s first loss since 2006.  Before Spain, USA dealt with Italy, but lost to them due to two late goals after one of their players was sent off with a questionable straight red.  Everyone agrees that it was a foul, but it was the player’s first foul in the game, normally challenges under the circumstances merit only yellow cards, not straight red cards.

Regardless of the officiating, the US got themselves into a bad rhythm in terms of dicisplin the the tournament, yes they made the most unporbable upset of US soccer history, but they had 3 players sent off throughout the tournament, and you have to think what could have been if they had a full side on the field throughout the full tourney.

You know ho when you buy a car you have to have insurance its the law. When you are driving you have to have license its the law. But what laws are there for domaining? I am not talking about cybersquatting or something small. I am talking about laws t prevent you getting over run.

What about a law to prevent you from buying a x,xxx domain for sale that has stats but when you park it or develop it you do not see the results. You have no one to protect you from this. This can really be an issue when buying an expensive domain.

Do the Research on every domain.
If you are buying a developed name, make sure its been developed the right way, not ban from google, wasn’t thrown together in an hour and put up for sale. if you want to start out fresh then you have nothing to worry about.

If its to good to be true?
Then it probably is, remember that all good things come in time and do not happen over night. You have to work for what you get just like anywhere else. Choose your options carefully to get the most out of what you want.

You have the ICANN to do some of the work to protect you, and some state laws cover you, But what if you need some help with the law? Get a Lawyer that specializes in the domaining/online industry.
