When you are looking to buy a website, do some research on the website and see if its worth what you are going to pay for it. Offer what you think it worth.

Wordpress has released it new version of wordpress blog. Which is good because many domainers use wordpress and many use it as a portal or website for the domains.

Traffic, the private forum has closed because some drama from inside. Thats nice but the only ones that are effected are the ones that were (was) members fo the forum. So With that said, maybe it will be closed forever or it might open again.
